Methodology

Our methodology is summarized in the following.

  1. Project arises (Client gets in touch, or SagaEvents is made aware of an upcoming event and decides to submit a proposal.)
  2. Understanding the need (Through conversation with the client and additional research SagaEvents will acquire in-depth knowledge of the company/brand and the desired outcome of the event.)
  3. Picking the team (SagaEvents contacts the relevant members of it's in-house team and out-sources specific expertise, if necessary, to make sure all bases are covered. The team will brainstorm to come up with initial concepts and visuals for the client.)
  4. Initial pitch (The initial pitch will consist of one or more ideas for the client's consideration (visitor experience). A preliminary budget will give the client an idea of the cost of the event.)
  5. Feedback (SagaEvents awaits feedback from the client before moving on to the next stage.)
  6. Final proposal (A proposal, covering every eventuality, and a solid budget is finalised and submitted to the client for approval.)
  7. Feedback (If the client is not completely happy with the proposal we will go back to the drawing board and amend it accordingly for re-submission)
  8. Pre Production (SagaEvents proceeds to contact relevant contractors for the set up of the event and produces a plan of action on a timeline)
  9. Production (Final set-up of the event under strict supervision from SagaEvents making sure all work adheres to the agreed concept and fits in with the client’s ideas.)
  10. The event (The event takes place - SagaEvents staff makes sure levels of expectation are met, and exceeded.)
  11. Evaluation (Through both formal and informal methods SagaEvents assesses the success of the event, from both the client's and their guests point of view.)
  12. Report A detailed report of the event, its successes (and failures, should there be any) is prepared and given to the client.)
