Methodology
Our methodology is summarized in the following.
- Project arises (Client gets in touch, or SagaEvents is made aware of an upcoming event and decides to submit a proposal.)
- Understanding the need (Through conversation with the client and additional research SagaEvents will acquire in-depth knowledge of the company/brand and the desired outcome of the event.)
- Picking the team (SagaEvents contacts the relevant members of it's in-house team and out-sources specific expertise, if necessary, to make sure all bases are covered. The team will brainstorm to come up with initial concepts and visuals for the client.)
- Initial pitch (The initial pitch will consist of one or more ideas for the client's consideration (visitor experience). A preliminary budget will give the client an idea of the cost of the event.)
- Feedback (SagaEvents awaits feedback from the client before moving on to the next stage.)
- Final proposal (A proposal, covering every eventuality, and a solid budget is finalised and submitted to the client for approval.)
- Feedback (If the client is not completely happy with the proposal we will go back to the drawing board and amend it accordingly for re-submission)
- Pre Production (SagaEvents proceeds to contact relevant contractors for the set up of the event and produces a plan of action on a timeline)
- Production (Final set-up of the event under strict supervision from SagaEvents making sure all work adheres to the agreed concept and fits in with the client’s ideas.)
- The event (The event takes place - SagaEvents staff makes sure levels of expectation are met, and exceeded.)
- Evaluation (Through both formal and informal methods SagaEvents assesses the success of the event, from both the client's and their guests point of view.)
- Report A detailed report of the event, its successes (and failures, should there be any) is prepared and given to the client.)
